Cardiff Chameleons' Club provides opportunities for people with learning disabilities to enjoy bowls and swimming. The core aim of the club is to help each member to develop their confidence, self esteem and social skills, alongside developing their bowling or swimming skills. We respect and value every member of our club and encourage social interaction in a safe environment.

Our swimming sessions are held at venues inCardiff.
Our Indoor Bowls sessions are held at Cardiff Indoor Bowls Club, Sophia Gardens, on Friday afternoons.
Both of our sections prepare their athletes to compete in local, regional and national competitions.
